No two Strategic Visioning processes will be the same. The answers and clarity your organization seeks will inform the process itself.
Yet, each process will follow the same steps. I will:
- Co-design the process with you. We will discuss your goals, needs, concerns, challenges, roadblocks, and opportunities.
- Create a tailored meeting structure to drive the exploration. I may create original materials, questions, and exercises, and I may draw from existing tools as well. The structure may include one or more sessions. Sessions will include open and structured inquiry--the balance needed to both create and operationalize a vision.
- Provide a meeting structure for your review. You will know exactly what the meeting(s) will cover, and how long they will last. You will have a chance to refine the content and structure beforehand.
- Facilitate the meeting(s).
- Develop action steps. Each meeting will conclude with a plan of action that we co-create together.
